Create Google Calendar Events in Bulk From Google Sheets

Creating individual Google Calendar events one at a time can take a long time if you have a lot to make.

Save time by creating them in bulk using our Google Calendar productivity tool.

In a Google Sheet, input your calendarId from your Google Calendar per the instructions in the Bulk Task App sidebar in your Google Sheet.

Then create a list of Calendar events in your Google Sheet.

Each event should have a title, start time, and end time and can also have a description, location, and guests.

An example and instructions are in the Bulk Task App sidebar in your Google Sheet.

With the click of a button, the Bulk Tasks App productivity tool creates each of the Google Calendar events for you.

For each Calendar event you create using our productivity tool, we put an EVENT_CREATED flag in that line in the spreadsheet.

That way the app will not add the event again unless you delete the flag.

Each Google calendar event you create using our bulk tool requires 1 credit. It does not cost credits to delete an event one at a time.

You get 200 free credits for signing up and can get more credits here.

You can view your credit balance in the Bulk Task App sidebar in your Google Sheet.

You can delete calendar events from the Bulk Task App sidebar in your Google Sheet and also find there a link to the event in your Google Calendar.

Send Emails From Gmail in Bulk From Google Sheets

Gmail is amazing but has its limitations. Here are two:

  1. Sending bulk emails from Gmail is possible but you cannot send a different email to each recipient.
  2. Sending different emails to different recipients is possible in Gmail, but you have to do it one at a time.

Our tool solves those two problems.

With the Bulk Tasks App, you can send individual emails at the same time from your Gmail account.

And you can do it with just one click.

In a Google Sheet, create a list of emails that you want to send starting in Row 5.

Each email should have an email, name, subject, and body.

Instructions are in the Bulk Task App sidebar in your Google Sheet.

With the click of a button, the Bulk Tasks App sends the emails in bulk.

For each email you send using our productivity tool, we put an EMAIL_SENT flag in that line in the spreadsheet.

That way the app will not send the email again unless you delete the flag.

Each email you send using our bulk productivity tool requires 1 credit.

You get 200 free credits for signing up and can get more credits here.

You can view your credit balance in the Bulk Task App sidebar in your Google Sheet.

How credits work

  • Each item in a bulk task requires 1 credit. A bulk task is when you use one of our bulk task features. The item requires 1 credit even if it is the only item in the bulk task.
  • For instance, creating 100 calendar events in bulk requires 100 credits. Sending 50 emails in a bulk send requires 50 credits. Creating 1 calendar event requires 1 credit.
  • Non-bulk actions, like deleting a calendar event from the sidebar, does not cost any credits.

What Bulk Tasks does with user data

Bulk Tasks accesses your Google Sheets to get the information you input for events and emails in order to create Google Calendar events and send emails from your Gmail as described above.

Bulk Tasks stores your email to check the number of credits you have for using the Bulk Tasks tools and to send you emails about your account and our products.
